ireach strategy introduces ireach strategy for young minds (Self Management and Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Management, Strategy and Personal Finance fundamentals). A training programme for high school students or children in the age group of 13 to 16 years. This training programme is facilitated in five parts:
1. Self Management Skills (36 hours)
2. Introduction to Entrepreneurship (12 hours)
3. Introduction to Leadership and Management (14 hours)
4. Introduction to Strategy (6 hours)
5. Introduction to personal finance (Bank accounts, Insurance, Interest, Taxation, Credit/Debit Cards, Loans and Mortgages) (12 hours)
